The Full Story

About Us

We are a family-owned business located in the heart of Northern Ontario. We grew up seeing the vibrant colors of a harvest season fade all too quickly. The taste of fresh produce never lasting quite long enough. For generations, Northern families survived by preserving what they grew. But through the years, we traded convenience for sustainability and freshness. Our family started this business because we grew tired of buying beautiful, bright fruit, only to find them lacking in flavor, bruised and forgotten in the back of the fridge 3 days later.

Our journey didn’t start in a factory; it started around our kitchen table refining our dehydrated process. We wanted a garnish that a professional bartender would be proud to float on any cocktail, and a parent would feel good about giving to their child.

We spent months finding the perfect balance between time and temperature to gently remove moisture while locking in the vitamins and antioxidants and preserving the intense colour and structural beauty. Creating a product that stays "fresh" in your pantry for months, not days. We turned a perishable problem into a sustainable solution.

Whether you are elevating a Saturday night cocktail, topping your morning oatmeal, or looking for a nutrient-packed snack for a hike, we provide the solution. No waste, no hassle - just the pure, concentrated essence of nature, ready whenever you area.

From our family to yours, we’re making sure that nature’s best flavors never have to go to waste again.
